All finished goods that have completed production and have passed the final inspection — either performed by the customer or by Lumateks on behalf of the customer — will be shipped only after mutual approval.
Lumateks can ship products according to the customer’s preference under:
• FOB (Free on Board)
• CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)
These terms will be mutually agreed upon before shipment.
According to the customer’s instructions, Lumateks can:
• Deliver the goods to the customer’s nominated freight forwarder in Turkey, or
• Arrange the shipment directly to the customer’s warehouse or distribution center abroad.
Once the customer provides the technical package and confirms the model details:
• If the required fabric is available in stock, sample development takes 2–5 business days.
• If the fabric is not available, the maximum sample lead time is up to 2 weeks.
Samples are sent under the customer’s main account and shipped using the customer’s preferred international courier service, such as:
• UPS
• DHL
• FedEx
• Any other nominated courier
Payment terms will be decided mutually between Lumateks and the customer.
All payment conditions — including payment method, currency, and schedule — will be confirmed in writing prior to production or shipment.
